God is constantly working in our hearts and circumstances to achieve His will in our lives.
From Psalm 143:10: “Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God. Let Your good spirit lead me on a level path.”

Clouds migrate away
Sunrise circulates her warmth—
Morning’s chill escapes

Dancing tree branches
Harmony’s rhythmic movements—
Breath of turbulence

Overcast all day
Gray canvas waits with patience—
Sunset paints with light

Focus on being productive instead of busy.
What we fear doing most is usually what are most we most need to do.
Timothy Ferriss (born 1946) is an American entrepreneur and author.
The inspiration for this poem comes from a photograph published on Jan’s blog in her “Wordless Wednesday” post. Check out her site for some wonderful poetry, inspiration, photography, and so much more. There is probably a hint (yes, definitely) of the rustic and tranquil life experienced in the small communities of western Montana.

Picturesque, isolated hamlet
Resting below mountainous shadows
Nestled along lake’s calming fingers
Life’s narrative writing tranquil prose
Sunrise crawls over the mountaintop
Cruising silently in their small boat
Early to rise anglers find their spot
Baiting hooks for trout with rainbow coats
Soon village shops begin to open
Curious shoppers fill crowded streets
Welcoming Farmers’ Market today
Locals selling homegrown goods and treats
Later, stillness returns to the town
Sunny, summer day comes to an end
Sun setting behind lake’s dozing shore
Waiting for tomorrow’s best friends

Holy Commandments
Father’s blueprint guides
Filling every life
Steps called to abide
Heavenly lessons
Righteous hand sustains
Filling hungry mind
Father’s Word remains
Insight grows daily
Father’s grace-filled love
Filling wayward heart
Honor Him above
Crooked path made straight
Father’s faithful seeds
Filling with wisdom
Every tender reed
Shattered hope rebuilt
Father’s vision soars
Filling with His peace
Faith desiring more

True liberty is not the power to live as we please, but to live as we ought.
From Galatians 2:20: “It is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
