Big Sky Buckeye 
I smiled especially at the second haiku. I sometimes think of April as the clothes-changing month. I can start working in the morning with long pants and a jacket, and by noon I’ve changed into capris and a tee shirt. I don’t fuss — I’m willing to wait as long as possible for our blast furnace summer.

Wonderful! Our daffodils showed up about on schedule, but untimely frost has taken its toll. More flowers will show up for us to embrace.

Vickie, thank you for sharing your pleasure in seeing winter’s grip disappear. Back in my home state of Montana, winter returned to the southwestern region last night. At least the mountain snowpack is smiling.
