Transforming worldly view

Opening to God’s truth

Holding fast, Spirit’s glue

Grace received at no cost

Traveling faith’s avenue

Walking daily with Christ

Feeling love’s bright breakthrough

Clearest, focused logic

Choosing right over wrong

Following Christ’s high road

Praising with hope’s new song

Prayers connect with God

Receiving blessed gifts

Aligning with His Word

Granting life’s heartfelt shift

Faith’s renewal strengthened

Breathing with clear thinking

Trusting always in Christ

Living without sinking

Father’s will comes to earth

Living as God and man

Overcoming with good

Teaching us that we can

Morning’s Rainbow

Someplace beyond morning’s rainbow

Hidden behind radiant sun

Residing in distant chateau

Tomorrow’s dreams forever spun

Clouds pushed aside for open door

Daily invitation calls out

Stirring every eagle to soar

Higher and higher, sky’s lookout

Opportunity always waits

Passage to high heavens above

Flying over more open gates

Treasured gifts, overflowing love

Visions transforming into night

Moonlight shining, fully ablaze

Dancing stars, filled with neon lights

Darkness anxious for sunny rays

Rain shadows early daylight’s peace

Sunrise waiting, shrouded in clouds

Rising colors, set to release

Morning’s rainbow, sweetness endowed

Following Jesus

Every believer

Jesus commissions

Making disciples

Spirit-led missions

God choreographs

Gospel-filled verses

Outlining faith’s map

Sin’s path reverses

Blessed tomorrow

One empty heart waits

Filling with Jesus

Shepherd opens gate

Hand-picked by Savior

Together as one

Stirring grace within

Eternity’s sun

Lost in fog of sinful flesh

Hidden from Father’s intent

Caught again in evil’s net

Faith’s ember waits to repent

Selfishness, full of darkness

One more transgression adds shame

Swallowed by false promises

Faith finds mercy’s trusted flame

Spirit breathes with precious grace

Savior’s blood washes sin clean

Paid for from Calvary’s cross

Faith’s pastures, forever green

In Christ, walking His high road

Old ways now passing away

Reconciled by Father’s love

Faith maturing, day by day

Offering our bodies to our Father

As a living sacrifice to the Lord

Forever transformed, through His renewal

Bringing new life, by God’s sacred accord

Accepting God’s will with sober recourse

Remaining faithful, God living with us

His Word, always cleanses our sinful ways

With God’s plan, a Holy and perfect plus

God’s love is genuine, filled with His grace

Stepping forward, stoked with spirited zeal

Remaining steadfast, to all which is good

Serving God, escaping heavy ordeals

Steering ourselves, with total discipline

According to God’s proud expectations

Living and serving His Holy Kingdom

Avoiding the Enemy’s temptations

Remaining patient, despite life’s trials

Providing His strength, God leading us all

Walking in faith, taking the Lord’s high road

Living peacefully, following His call

Each believer knows

Fullness of life grows

God’s spirit flowing

Leading and knowing

Greenest meadow calls

God’s deepest love

Creation’s wings stir

Flying above

No greater warmth

God’s grace melts away

Life’s icy outlook

Kneeling now, let’s pray

One heart transformed

God shall never rest

New day’s promise

Seeking another quest

Flowing Creator’s river

Filling faith’s infinite song

Catching every sweetest verse

Walking with Christ, always strong

Knowing heartache and despair

Finding deepest love-filled joy

Praising grace with every song

Crushing darkness, Christ deploys

Enriching life’s peace journey

Echoing lyrics shall sing

Leading from night to morning

Replacing evil’s harsh sting

Witnessing hope every day

Revealing Savior’s true love

Composing each blessed song

Praying to Father above

Transforming another soul

Singing with angels up high

Renewing faith’s guiding light

Looking to heavens’ blue sky

American preacher and renowned hymn writer, Robert Lowry (1826-1899), wrote over 500 hymns. One inspired this poem, “My Life Flows On in Endless Song.”
