Praising God in Heaven
Faith’s new song
Singing of His goodness
Always strong
Revealing steadfast love
Mercy rings
Sharing faith’s victory
Christ, our King
Marking each joyful note
Faith sings out
Resounding with trumpets
Grace shall shout
Hearing all oceans roar
Faith claps hands
Coming of our Savior
As God planned
Breathing with His delight
Spirit sings
Shepherding every lamb
Faith’s wellspring

Without ceasing
Holy heavenly Father

Praising
Savior Jesus
Living godly life
Bearing His divine fruit
Strength
Challenges shall arise
Founding Fathers always knew

Common ground must be sown with faith

In his Gettysburg Address, President Abraham Lincoln immortalized the continuing spirit and faith in the American experiment of democracy with these words, “. . . that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”

Facing life’s trials
To whom shall we turn?
Walking every mile
Faith in God shall yearn
Fading sun grows dark
From whom comes next light?

God’s mercy glows bright
Leading each nation
To whom shall we pray?
Lasting foundation
God’s faith never sways

From Malachi 4:2-3: “But for you who revere My name the sun of righteousness shall rise, with healing in its wings. You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall. Sweet, caffeine milkshake
I usually drink my black coffee with a bit of Stevia sweetener in it, but I can handle black straight up as well. If you are are a coffee person, how do you like your coffee prepared?
