Diana, I am pleased you continue to enjoy these Haikus. I liked the sarcasm and humor in the middle one.

I’d change early morning time to early evening time… that’s when we enjoy our fireplace the most… if we can get to the hearth before our Boston Terrier, TazE, hogs it all!! Thank for your Haiku beauties, Richard. ❤

Jan, you are most welcome. I am seldom around a fireplace, but years ago I have a stove in the living room. The room always felt warm and safe. God’s peace to you in these challenging times.

I can’t pick which one I like best- the beach or the fireplace! The Haiku are like little treasures! 🙂

It sort of makes you appreciate the warmth more after you are frozen to the bone.

Thank you. Were trying to organize something to help seniors get groceries with our members buying things so seniors will be minimizing risk at the store. Instead of being grocery horders we rather be grocery porters for the elderly, the sick, etc.

Great idea Jim! Many churches around central Ohio are checking on neighbors and especially the elderly and shut-ins. God’s peace to this vital ministry of love and caring.
