Life is too short to nurse one’s misery.  Hurry across the lowlands so that you may spend more time on the mountaintop.

From Philippians 2:14-15:  “Do all things without murmuring and arguing, so that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, in which you shine like stars in the world.”

  2. We have a friend whom we call Sparkles. She shines like that! It’s worth aspiring to such brightness. I ask God for help with His patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control every day. To that list, I need to add His Sparkle!! ❤ 🙂
