God opens each door

Welcoming with peace

Life facing complex, hurting world

Rugged mountain peaks, blocking us

Never be in doubt, but believe

Accepting God’s grace, ride His bus

 

Immovable mountains stand tall

Remaining steadfast in prayer

Requiring faith in our Father

He watches over our welfare

 

Lacking faith, walking in darkness

Our Father sends His lasting grace

Prepared and willing to assist

His energy, ready to embrace

 

God seeks men and women of faith

Follow His Word, forever speaks

For our Lord’s glory and kingdom

Trusting Him, tackling mountain peaks

 

Believe totally in the Lord

Walking in faithfulness each day

Our faith moves our Father to act

God’s sunrise defines peace

Assuring each promise

His grace shall never cease

 

Embrace genuine love

God’s healing hand, His way

Holding fast, goodness comes

His wonder fills each day

 

Extend care to others

God’s harmony builds hope

Clutching His righteous Word

His truth extends faith’s rope

 

Redemption reaches out

God’s patience fills each breath

Suppressing every fear

His Son’s love defeats death

 

Life will become messy

Always follow Christ’s light

Restoring trust in faith

Our culture says, “Don’t let anyone push you around,” but Jesus teaches that it is the merciful, the weak, and the peacemakers who are successful in God’s Kingdom.

From Matthew 5:5-9:  “Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.  Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.  Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy.  Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.  Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.”

Charles Stanley (1932-2023) was an American pastor and Christian writer.  He was dedicated to leading a teaching ministry.
