And He will send out His angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”

God’s call is expressive of His nature; consequently when I receive His nature and hear His call, the voice of the Divine nature sounds in both and the two work together. The Son of God reveals Himself in me, and I serve Him in the ordinary ways of life out of devotion to Him.
From Galatians 1:15-16: “But when God, who had set me apart before I was born and called me through His grace, was pleased to reveal His Son to me, so that I might proclaim Him among the Gentiles.”

God should be a resource in the struggle, not a way around it.

Notice that we must ask. And we will sometimes struggle to hear and struggle with what we hear. But personally, it’s worth it. I’m after the path of life–and He alone knows it.
From James 1:5-6: “If any of you is lacking in wisdom, ask God, who gives to all generously and ungrudgingly, and it will be given to you.”

In this life, if you have anything to pardon, pardon quickly. Slow forgiveness is little better than no forgiveness.
