From Philippians 3:14: “I press on toward the goal, toward the prize of the heavenly call of God in Christ Jesus.”

Breath of Holy Spirit
Immersed in what’s to come
Pressing ever forward
Rhythm of Heaven’s drum

Nourished with love from Christ
His grace becomes faith’s light
Pressing ever forward
Evil’s darkness takes flight

Father’s resolute Word
Heaven’s daily breadcrumbs
Pressing ever forward
Tranquility becomes

Depth of sin forgiven
Peace rises with Christ’s view
Pressing ever forward
Each heavenly breakthrough

Eternity’s truth leads
Solace finds eyewitness
Pressing ever forward
Covered with joy’s fitness

From Philippians 3:20: “But our citizenship is in heaven, and it is from there that we are expecting a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.”
