Holy Son of Man
Knocking and waiting
Sharing Father’s grace plan
Conquering darkness
Timeless gift He brings
Coming to serve man
Soaring on eagle’s wings
Hearing now His voice
Sacred, divine love
Calling to repent
Witnessing from above

Christ boldly walks in

Our connection with God cannot be a one-way street. We will get to know our Father more intimately when we learn to listen.

Single moment sharing light—
Friend’s words of kindness
Beaten, defeated
Evaporating spirit—
Tomorrow’s sunrise
Confidence shaken
Endless search for proper key—
Today, door opens

Telling His true story
Jesus, His glory reigns
Unseen, heaven above
Breaking sinful chains
Hungering and thirsting
Weary, endless despair
Message of Salvation
Answering these prayers
Firm rock, speaking to thee
Living echoes of hope
Children, lost and alone
Faith walking life’s tightrope
Hidden depths, troubled sea
Precious wisdom fills thee

Understand that God, in His sovereignty, places His hand over our lives and allows us to pass through painful experiences that we would never choose or want. Accepting and learning from them, we grow deeper in Christian life.
From Ecclesiastes 3:14: “ I know that whatever God does endures forever; nothing can be added to it nor anything taken from it; God has done this so that all should stand in awe before Him.”
From Psalm 118:24: “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
Rejoice with praises
Feeling Father’s love
Trusting in His name
Hope stirs from above
Rejoice before God
Writing hope’s new song
Praising His mercy
Days never be long
Rejoice in answers
Rising hope greets thee
Blessing one more home
Darkness always flees
Rejoice with new day
Walking in God’s grace
Surrounding mercy
Hope’s faithful birthplace
Rejoice with praises
Hope’s lifelong quest seeks
Rising from heaven
Flowing waters speak
