You can find something truly important in an ordinary minute.
It’s a shame to waste time. We always think we have so much of it.

Time is the most precious gift we have. Without a doubt.
Recently I read a comment related to wasting time by fixating on old resentments, grievances etc and thinking badly about ourselves or others. The writer was commenting that we often waste a lot more time in these kinds of activities than we do in activities like scrolling through social media, or even mindlessly watching TV. An interesting thought ….

Thanks for sharing some worthy thoughts. When life sets up with too much time, some fall into the trap of using it for “nothing.”

Indeed! I used to us this philosophy with my students. Let’s not watch the minute hand of the clock during class.

Time is such a beautiful gift! When wasted, we can never get it back, so I try to make the most of it.
