With each passing day
Our Father’s blessed Word
Offering faith’s dwelling place
Mankind’s righteousness shall be stirred

From distant mountains
Echoes of prophets past
Everlasting in faith’s heart
Yesterday’s breath arrives at last

Shards of light descend
Morning’s grace at sunrise
Enlisting heavenly peace
Attention to Calvary’s prize

Life in risen Christ
Darkness forever fades
Forgiving man’s trespasses
His mercy ready to cascade

Eternity breathes
Filled with His steadfast love
Witnessing Christ’s victory
Father’s glory fulfilled above
