Many times when I have preach I have challenged others to do act of kindness during the upcoming week and yes it does change us.

Great quote! It’s a truism: “Whatever you send in to the lives of others comes back into your own.” But beware … that can’t be your motivation or the selfishness gets in the way of the positive rewards!
