From Romans 8:28: “We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to His purpose.”

Holy, living water
Flowing from Father’s hand
Deliverance blesses
Saving from sinking sand
Comfort’s spring renewing
Proclaiming Father’s love
Selfless with compassion
Sending grace from above
Tragedy reaches out
Hearing each heartfelt cry
Spirit guiding prayer
Bringing forth hope from high
Actions follow His light
Sharing words of support
Father’s eternal spring
Returning ship to port
Oaks of righteousness call
Comforting life like rain
His mercy never ends
Trusting Father again

From Psalm 72:12-13: “For He delivers the needy when they call, the poor and those who have no helper. He has pity on the weak and the needy, and saves the lives of the needy.”
Sometimes it is hard to believe this verse; and, yet, as we grow older and look back on our lives, we can see that it is true.

I totally agree with your affirmation. Maturing is a wonderful journey.

I see the manifestations of these verses daily… perhaps I am not as stubborn in my older years as I was in days past, or just more open to receiving…

Maturity breeds experience, and we become more comfortable with ourselves when we discover some of the visions of our Lord.
