So true! We need an active and accurate press – and we need to protect their right to report it as they see it….. and we need to stop the “Fake News” atrocity… when the USA president tries to undermine our free press, we need to take heed!

I totally agree Jan. A “free” press is crucial to our form of government. Our Founding Fathers knew this when they wrote the First Amendment.

McRaven is a retired U.S. Navy admiral. He was a decorated officer who commanded U.S. Special Forces which led to the death of Osama bin Laden.

Two good quotes, one of which is similar to what Jesus said about being faithful in little, faithful with much. I have also recently listened to his audio book that was a memoir of his life. Fascinating life that he lived!

His memoir wasn’t as detailed as other SEALs I read about it, maybe it has to do with him being an Admiral…
