Praying for you Richard, just in case this is more than a Haiku and you’re in pain.

Thank you for your well wishes Richard. I know what chronic pain can be like as it is something I experienced for a long time. Even now if I’m not careful I’m sure it could happen. For me….I found that correcting some things in my life helped a lot. I’m not sure what your wife’s diet is like, but by changing my diet it helped a lot. Though I still eat a little meat I do not eat most red meats and I eliminated sugar from my diet. Any time I would use processed sugar or eat anything sweet I would notice that’s when I would get my pains. It was a difficult thing to do as I loved anything sweet. Now I’m terrified of most sweets. I do get my sugar from fruits, and I started using molasses. I also cut out eating a lot of junk foods. While I do still have health issues I was able to eliminate some of my issues. I will certainly keep your wife in prayer.
