All the blessings we enjoy are divine deposits, committed to our trust on this condition: that they should be dispersed for the benefit of our neighbors.
From 2 Corinthians 9:6-7: “The point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each of you must give as you have made up your mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
I love these verses. Helps us think.

Yes, these verses reach out with God’s full attention. When Scripture makes us think, this is one of His goals.
