From Exodus 20:1-3: “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery; you shall have no other gods before Me.”

Jesus tempted by Satan
Making His choice very clear
Placing Father always first
Walking in trust, without fear
Moses affirming God’s law
Following the Great I Am
Leading Israel to truth
Bearing faith of Abraham
God deserves our attention
Casting away sinful ways
Stepping in footprints of Christ
Hearing treasured Word each day
Always first, focus on God
Needing Christ’s mercy and love
Entering Kingdom’s blessings
Forgiving call from above

From Psalm 100:1-2: “Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come into His presence with singing.”
Always needing Christ’s mercy and love ❤ For sure!

Thank you, {{{Richard}}} – God bless you, too ❤ (and Colleen – right? Isn't that your wife's name?}

Jan, you have my wife’s name correct. Thinking of you and the many wildfires burning in western Montana. Praying for cooler and wetter weather.
