I’ve learned and still am learning, listening is so important. It’s hard to do sometimes when we want to be a help to hurting people. I pray I can listen, knowing God has ALL the answers.

Jim, your description of Jack Welch as a “polarizing” figure are quite accurate. At times, he seemed on top of the corporate world at GE, then he seemed to stumble and fall later on.

I agree with your assessment. The stockholders enjoyed many highly profitable years, and GE’s stock price went sky high.
