I want to reply to you, Mama K, and Richard—I will be flying out to the NCI next week for more scans and bloodwork (that time of year). I have a new skin cancer diagnosis,…but it’s ALL fine. God has IT. Life can be difficult alone. You both understand the ups and downs. As Corrie Ten Boom said, we never know the strength of the anchor until the strong storms (I’m paraphrasing!). My sweet parents, dog-sitting, keeping up with bills, appts, daily tasks, now, my online store. It can be a lot. But God is BIGGER! I’m not here as often as I wish–but I hold you all in my thoughts and prayers. I love you Mama K. Richard, I pray for you and Colleen! God bless you all! Thank you for being such lights here in this amazing community!

God’s blessings Karla. Sounds like your plate is full. I know that God has this. My oldest daughter is half way through radiation treatments for her cancer. Her doctor is very pleased with her progress and is recommending chemo before surgery. She isn’t looking forward to that as I wouldn’t either, but she remains strong in her faith and knows that gods has this and all things in his hands. As a mom and I am truly concerned for her future, but also very proud of her positive attitude. She is like you in that way. My prayers are always with you. I thank Jesus for every day even though I’m eager for heaven. God has all of us, including Richard and Colleen, your parents and family and me and mine, firmly planted here for now. Love you dear child💕💕💕

Mama K,…I didn’t know your daughter has cancer. 🥹 I’m sorry for all she’s enduring. 🙏 I just prayed for her, and you,…the family. I will continue.
It doesn’t surprise me that she has faith and a relationship with Jesus~ knowing you.
How precious that I’m walking a similar path. Yet only God knows our individual steps. And we all know where it ends~ which is the new beginning we’re waiting on!
