Grace Shall Seal

From John 12:34:  “The crowd answered Him, ‘We have heard from the law that the Messiah remains forever.  How can You say that the Son of Man must be lifted up?  Who is this Son of Man?'”

Walking in darkness

Uncertainty’s steps

Faith seeking answers

Burdened with each misstep

Encouraging love

Redemption’s risen light

Faith finding its way

Son of Man stands upright

Seeking heaven’s peace

Spirit guides actions

Faith’s revealing trust

Calvary’s transaction

Believing in Christ

Shadows fade away

Faith sharing Gospel

In His name, let us pray

Reflecting hope’s path

Truth’s lantern reveals

Faith, Jesus leading

Safe passage, grace shall seal

From John 12:35-36:  “Jesus said to them, ‘The light is in you for a little longer.  Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you.  If you walk in the darkness, you do not know where you are going.  While you have the light, believe in the light, so that you may become children of light.'”

Certain in Uncertainty

From Hebrews 11:1:  “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.”

Life filled with uncertainty

Wondering where next step leads

Eyes witness dark, empty tomb

Reaping Father’s faithful seeds

Holy Word always certain

Lighting up life’s righteous road

Father’s mercy surprises

Meeting us at life’s crossroads

Days fill with expectancy

Trading our uncertain ways

Jesus Christ, faith’s lightning rod

Navigating through life’s maize

Certain of each tomorrow

Teaching His children through grace

New life begins at one cross

Praising Savior, now embrace

Certain in uncertainty

Praying, filled with fortitude

Spiritual life blossoms

Building hope’s new attitude
